Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 June 2026

This policy explains how Spparo ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website or engage our services.

1. Information we handle

For website visitors, we may collect basic contact details you choose to send us, such as your name, email, or WhatsApp number. For clients, we process the lead conversations and lead details that flow through the assistant we set up, for example budget, area, and timeline that a buyer shares.

2. Whose data it is

Lead data captured by the assistant belongs to the client whose WhatsApp number it runs on. It is stored in that client's own records, such as their own spreadsheet. We access it only as needed to set up, run, and improve the service for that client.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and manage the service, respond to enquiries, qualify and route leads, and improve how the assistant performs. We do not sell your information or your leads to anyone.

4. Third-party providers

The service uses trusted third-party platforms, including WhatsApp Business, a messaging provider, an AI provider, and a spreadsheet service, to deliver and store conversations. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms.

5. Retention

Lead and conversation records are kept for as long as the client needs them or as required to run the service, and are removed on request or when the service ends, subject to any legal obligations.

6. Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. A lead can ask the relevant agent to stop messaging them at any time.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Contact

For any privacy question or request, email hello@spparo.com.
