Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Spparo ("Spparo", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Spparo sets up and manages an AI assistant that replies to and qualifies inbound WhatsApp leads on a client's own WhatsApp Business number. The service includes setup, configuration, and ongoing management as agreed in writing with each client.

2. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information needed for setup, to hold the necessary rights to the WhatsApp Business number used, and to comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies as well as applicable laws when communicating with your contacts. You are responsible for the content of your listings and for any commitments you make to your own leads.

3. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp Business, message providers, and AI providers. Their availability, policies and pricing are outside our control. Fees charged directly by those providers are your responsibility unless stated otherwise in your agreement.

4. Fees and payment

Setup fees and recurring fees are set out in your individual agreement or proposal. Recurring fees are billed in advance for each period. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun. We may revise pricing for future periods with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel the recurring service at any time with notice as set out in your agreement. On cancellation, the assistant is switched off and ongoing management ends. One-time setup fees are not refundable.

6. No guarantee of results

We work to deliver fast, accurate lead handling, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, conversations, viewings, or sales. Outcomes depend on your market, your listings, your lead volume, and your own follow-through.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spparo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Intellectual property

The systems, prompts, and configurations we build remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for the duration of the service. Your leads, your contacts and your business data remain yours.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
